Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex systems and infrastructure solutions that meet the business requirements and align with industry best practices.
Conduct system analysis and performance monitoring to identify any potential issues and proactively address them.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new technology solutions that support business objectives.
Perform system upgrades and updates to ensure system security, stability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues in a timely manner, escalating to senior engineers and management as needed.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of system design, implementation, and maintenance.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash.
Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
