Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement and maintain the technical infrastructure of the company, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the performance, security, and reliability of our systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and disaster recovery plans.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates, patches, and upgrades.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and end-users.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in system engineering to continuously improve our infrastructure.
Mentor and train junior system engineers to build a highly skilled and capable team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining technical infrastructure.
Proven experience with server virtualization, network administration, and storage management.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Azure, or VMware.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of continuous learning and self-development.
