Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development of complex and large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements, develop project plans, and set project milestones.
Develop and maintain technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and other relevant documentation for projects.
Utilize your expertise in software development to design, code, test, and debug complex systems and algorithms.
Proactively identify and debug issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure the reliability and scalability of our products.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and technologies.
Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and management, and provide regular status reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
years of experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong expertise in developing and debugging software using programming languages such as Java/C++/Python.
Experience with and other cloud-based technologies.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers is a plus.
