Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to meet project goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products or processes.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings to ensure progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
