Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical support to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions to meet project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct research and analysis to recommend improvements and enhancements for existing engineering processes and systems
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to other engineers and team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source necessary materials and equipment
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on schedule
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the engineering team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background and knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and systems
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and protocols related to engineering
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
