Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java-based applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work with a team of developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Mentor and coach junior developers on best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities
• Communicate project status and escalate any issues or risks to project managers
• Continuously improve the development process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
• Proficient in Java and J2EE technologies
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related frameworks
• Experience with web services, REST, and SOAP
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with cloud-based technologies is a plus
• Experience with mobile development is a plus
