Salary: $69 Per hour

Job Overview: As a 3D CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and designs for our various projects. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to translate concepts and ideas into accurate and precise 3D models. Your designs will be used for prototyping, testing, and final production, so attention to detail and a strong understanding of engineering principles are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Create 3D models and designs using CAD software, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate and realistic designs
• Review and analyze designs for potential improvements and optimizations
• Create technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly processes
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently
• Test and troubleshoot designs to identify and resolve any issues
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and new technologies to incorporate into designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a 3D CAD Designer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in designing for 3D printing is a plus
