Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop software applications using the C++ programming language
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical designs
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets coding standards and best practices
Debug and troubleshoot software issues, identify and implement solutions in a timely manner
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in C++ development and integrate them into our software development process
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, including junior developers and interns
Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization meetings
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using C++
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization in C++
Familiarity with software development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and JIRA
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
