Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications using C++
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance
Create detailed technical specifications and architectural designs for software systems
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
Monitor and improve software performance and efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in C++ technology and incorporate them into our software development processes
Mentor and lead junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables
Participate in project planning and estimation activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in C++
Proven experience in designing and developing complex software applications using C++
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
Extensive knowledge of C++11 or newer versions
Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization in C++
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in a software architect role is preferred
