Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our company's technology systems
Oversee all aspects of network infrastructure, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards for data security and privacy
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to advise on potential upgrades or changes to our systems
Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and hardware applications
Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions for the company
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT management role
Strong technical background and knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and software applications
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for data security and privacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
