We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Developer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Infrastructure Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This includes hardware, software, networks, and other systems that support the overall IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the company's IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable IT infrastructure solutions
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize business impact
• Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure systems and processes
• Conduct regular audits to identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure
• Continuously improve and optimize the company's IT infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's IT infrastructure remains competitive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience (X years) in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network technologies
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, and Chef
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with IT security principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
