Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network functionality.
Identify and implement network security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand network requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network development and security to continuously improve the company's network infrastructure.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members in network-related issues.
Participate in network planning and capacity management to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network development and administration.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.
Experience with network security tools and best practices.
Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
