Salary: $92 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Java Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications for our clients. You will be working closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to software development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure the security and scalability of our web applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Continuously improve the performance and user experience of our web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to project managers and other team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Java web development.
• Proficient in Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of mobile development using Android or iOS.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
