Job Title: Azure Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Azure Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Microsoft Azure platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices on the Azure platform
• Implement best practices for security, reliability, and performance in all Azure developments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure applications
• Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve our development process
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high quality and maintainable code
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Azure projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Azure cloud technologies
• Strong experience with Azure PaaS services such as App Services, Functions, and Logic Apps
• Proficient in serverless computing and Azure Functions
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure SQL database and Cosmos DB
• Knowledge of Azure security principles and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with source control systems such as Git or TFS
