Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models for new product designs
Utilize CAD software to create accurate and precise designs according to project specifications
Work with design team to review and revise designs as needed
Conduct research and gather information to ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations
Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design issues
Create and maintain accurate documentation of design processes and progress
Assist in prototype testing and provide feedback for design improvements
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and new software to continuously improve design processes
Contribute to team meetings and provide updates on design progress and challenges

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
1-2 years of experience in CAD design, preferably in a manufacturing or product design environment
Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar programs
Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping is a plus
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials is a plus
