Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our data integration processes. You will work closely with our data analysts, data architects, and business stakeholders to ensure our data warehouse is optimized for efficient reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development and a passion for creating scalable and efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with data analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and design data models that meet business needs.
• Develop and implement data cleansing and transformation rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Debug, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve any issues.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain ETL standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior ETL developers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data integration technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL tools such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
