Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and business requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Ensure that all designs are user-centered and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and consistency of the design implementation.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and design reviews.
Stay updated on the latest UI UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Mentor and coach junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, process, and projects.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, or Origami.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs.
