Salary: $190000 - $224000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NoSQL Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a NoSQL Data Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data solutions using NoSQL databases. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding complex data requirements, and then designing and developing data models that meet those requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database architecture and design, as well as experience with NoSQL databases and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly scalable and performant data solutions using NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data models.
• Evaluate and select appropriate NoSQL databases and technologies to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain data architecture standards and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls.
• Optimize data structures and queries for maximum performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data storage and retrieval.
• Perform data modeling, data migration, and data integration tasks.
• Stay current with emerging NoSQL technologies and provide recommendations for their use.
• Mentor and train team members on NoSQL database design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database architecture and design.
• Proven experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or HBase.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience with data warehousing and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Java.
• Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in NoSQL databases and related technologies will be a plus.
