About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle EBS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle EBS applications for our organization. This is a crucial role in our IT department, as you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle EBS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS development and a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing Oracle EBS applications, including customization, extensions, and interfaces.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle EBS solutions.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing EBS applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users.
• Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of all EBS developments.
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of EBS applications.
• Participating in the development and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members and supporting them in their EBS development tasks.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle EBS technology, and implementing best practices in EBS development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, data structures, and development tools.
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Experience with EBS customization, extensions, and interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
