We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Tester to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: As an Oracle ERP Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Oracle ERP system. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP testing, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, and scripts for Oracle ERP system
• Execute functional, regression, and performance tests to ensure system reliability and stability
• Identify and document defects and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and provide testing recommendations
• Maintain and update test cases, test data, and test environments
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes
• Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and results
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to ensure smooth integration with existing processes
• Train and mentor junior team members on testing methodologies and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP testing
• Expertise in testing methodologies and tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, and Selenium
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS
• Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
