Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Lead

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $115 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle HCM Cloud and proven leadership skills. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, as well as providing support and guidance to our team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Oracle HCM Cloud best practices, configuration, and customization.
• Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, and training materials.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to ensure project milestones are met and any roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Mentor and train team members on Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
• Experience leading and managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
