Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop printed circuit boards for electronic devices according to project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with hardware engineers, software engineers, and other team members to understand project specifications and translate them into functional PCB designs.
Conduct thorough research on new technologies, materials, and processes to continuously improve PCB design and development.
Utilize PCB design software to create schematics, layouts, and Gerber files.
Perform design validation and testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and manufacturability of PCBs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the development and testing process.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source and procure necessary materials and components for PCB production.
Oversee the production process, ensuring that PCBs are manufactured according to design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct post-production analysis and testing to identify and address any potential design flaws or defects.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all PCB designs, developments, and testing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCB design and development.
Extensive knowledge of PCB design software and tools such as Altium, Eagle, or KiCAD.
Strong understanding of electronic components and their functions.
Experience with design validation and testing tools.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for PCB design and production.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
