Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement highly available and scalable network solutions in the cloud environment, ensuring maximum performance and minimal downtime.
Develop and maintain network architecture and design documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable network solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Design and implement network security controls and protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our network.
Participate in the selection and evaluation of network hardware and software, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of network projects.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure the best value for our organization.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for our network infrastructure.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, making recommendations for their incorporation into our network architecture.
Act as a subject matter expert for all network-related issues, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a cloud environment.
Strong experience with cloud networking platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Extensive knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
In-depth understanding of virtualization technologies and software-defined networking.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
