Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RF systems and components, including antennas, amplifiers, filters, and transceivers.
Conduct simulations, tests, and evaluations to optimize RF system performance.
Generate technical specifications and documentation for RF systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RF systems meet project requirements and timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to RF systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into RF system designs.
Support the production and manufacturing process of RF systems.
Conduct performance and compliance testing of RF systems, as well as analyze and interpret test results.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF engineering, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong knowledge of RF principles, including antenna theory, modulation techniques, and signal propagation.
Proficient in RF design and simulation tools, such as ADS, HFSS, and CST.
Experience with laboratory equipment for RF testing and measurement.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for RF systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
