Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business processes and workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
Create and maintain complex Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
Perform data migrations and integrations between Salesforce and other systems
Conduct thorough testing of all Salesforce enhancements and fixes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed
Document all technical processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus
