Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SAP Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior SAP Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our SAP systems, as well as assisting with the implementation of new SAP modules and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP systems and processes, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of new SAP modules and upgrades, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems
• Partner with other departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment
• Develop and maintain documentation of SAP processes, procedures, and configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize SAP systems
• Act as a mentor to junior SAP analysts, providing guidance and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation in the organization
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for SAP implementations and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Analyst, with a strong focus on technical support and implementation
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP
• Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, and other SAP development tools
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other systems and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions is a plus
• SAP certifications are highly desirable
