Responsibilities:

Design, install, configure, and maintain company-wide hardware and software systems, including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new solutions to improve system efficiency and performance.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any IT-related issues.
Manage user accounts and access levels, ensuring proper permissions and security.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the field of system administration and make recommendations for improvements.
Train and mentor junior system administrators.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.
In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and security.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
