Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's overall objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Define product vision, goals, and success metrics to guide the development process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer needs
Prioritize and manage product backlog, making strategic trade-offs between features, user experience, and time-to-market
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings
Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
Communicate product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and customers
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into product development and management processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Information Technology & Services field
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
Prior experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
