Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Python developers in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions using Python and related technologies
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and promote a culture of continuous learning
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and propose effective solutions
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the Python development space and make recommendations for adoption
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Extensive experience in Python development, including hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
