Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of React components and applications to identify defects and ensure they meet the required standards
Collaborate with developers to understand technical requirements and create test plans accordingly
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous testing and integration
Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report any issues to the development team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies and processes
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance the overall quality of our products
Stay updated with the latest React testing techniques and tools and implement them in our testing process
Provide accurate and timely status updates to project managers and stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior testers in the team to promote a culture of learning and growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year of experience in testing React applications
Strong understanding of React and its core principles
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress
Proficient in creating and executing manual and automated test scripts
Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
