Salary: $123 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet the ever-evolving needs of our business. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Salesforce initiatives, working closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, data models, and system diagrams
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and make recommendations for their implementation to improve business processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform and integrations
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models, security models, and integrations
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration using APIs and ETL tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA) are preferred
