Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP ERP solutions and provide guidance to project teams
Design and develop SAP ERP architectures and blueprints based on business needs and industry best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ERP solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to SAP ERP solutions
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and enhance SAP ERP solutions
Mentor and train team members on SAP ERP best practices, standards, and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP architecture and design
Proficient in SAP ERP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and/or HCM
Extensive experience with SAP ERP implementation, customization, and integration
Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming and debugging
Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
