Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications
• Design, develop and implement complex software applications using various programming languages and tools
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the development process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Document and maintain software functionality and technical specifications
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions accordingly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL
• Working knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications on time
