Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
Oversee the development and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
Utilize project management methodologies to plan, organize, and track project progress
Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating any potential roadblocks to stakeholders and implementing solutions
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process efficiencies and implementing best practices
Monitor and report on team and project performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project success
Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the engineering process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering management role
Strong technical background, with experience in a variety of engineering disciplines
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
