Job Description: As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful completion of engineering projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and track project progress and ensure that project milestones are met
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Review and approve project deliverables
• Act as a point of contact for clients and address any project-related issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Continuously monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Mentor and train junior engineers and project team members
• Participate in engineering design and development activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is a plus
