As a Senior Software Analyst, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new software systems
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of software solutions through rigorous testing and documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems
• Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and analysis
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
