About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by leading and managing the testing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the testing phase. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing process from planning to execution, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the given timelines
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and expertise in testing techniques and methodologies
• Monitor and report on the testing progress, identifying any potential risks and issues and providing solutions to mitigate them
• Continuously improve and streamline the testing process by implementing best practices and new testing tools
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for any defects or issues found during testing and work towards implementing preventive measures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on testing objectives and outcomes
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to continuously improve the quality of our products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Agile methodology is preferred
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are a plus
