Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Data Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Data Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions within the Servicenow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, gather data, and develop solutions that meet the organization's needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data management, Servicenow development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data solutions within the Servicenow platform to support business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand and gather data requirements.
• Develop data models, data dictionaries, and data standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
• Design and implement data workflows, data policies, and data governance strategies.
• Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using Servicenow reporting tools.
• Develop and implement data migration plans to ensure smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Servicenow.
• Perform data analysis and identify areas for data optimization and improvement.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management and Servicenow technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow development and data management.
• Strong understanding of Servicenow data structures, data models, and data relationships.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Servicenow certifications in data management and development are a plus.
