Salary: $152000 - $192000
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQL Server Developer to join our dynamic team. As a SQL Server Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's SQL Server databases. You will work closely with our software development team to ensure that our databases are optimized for performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SQL Server databases based on business requirements
- Optimize database performance by conducting regular performance tuning and query optimization
- Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, and stored procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the software development team to integrate data from various sources into the SQL Server databases
- Work with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data migration scripts to transfer data between databases
- Monitor database activity and perform database backup and recovery operations
- Keep up-to-date with new database technologies and best practices to continuously improve database performance and security
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of years of experience as a SQL Server Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server database design and development
- Proficient in T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
- Familiarity with database security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
