Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and practical design concepts that align with our brand aesthetic
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for design prototypes and final products
Conduct thorough research and analysis of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of design concepts
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design specifications
Review and approve samples and prototypes for quality and accuracy before production
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any design or production issues that may arise
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the design and production processes
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the design and production processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical design, preferably in the fashion industry
Proficient in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
