About the Role: As a Compliance Manager at Lobox, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. You will also oversee the compliance training and education of employees and serve as a point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits to identify any potential risks or violations and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and advise management on necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all business activities and processes.
• Develop and implement compliance training and education programs for employees to raise awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or concerns from employees, clients, or regulatory agencies.
• Conduct investigations into compliance violations or concerns and report findings to management.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay informed about compliance issues and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the Information Technology & Services.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are preferred.
