Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Salary: $114000 - $144000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for various projects, including advertisements, social media content, and promotional videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for storytelling through motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop motion graphics for various projects.
• Create storyboards and design assets for motion graphics projects.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to design and animate graphics.
• Incorporate audio, video, and visual effects into motion graphics.
• Ensure that all motion graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve and evolve our motion graphics.
• Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics in videos.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that motion graphics are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a high level of creativity and technical proficiency in motion graphics design.
