We are currently seeking a talented Video Producer to join our dynamic team and help us bring our vision to life.

Job Summary: As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process from concept to completion. You will work closely with the creative team to develop and execute video projects that align with our brand and marketing objectives. You will also collaborate with various departments, including marketing, social media, and editorial, to ensure that our videos are consistent with our overall brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for video projects, including scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.
• Lead the production team, including camera operators, editors, and production assistants, to ensure the smooth and timely execution of video projects.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and concepts for video content.
• Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
• Manage the budget and resources for each project, ensuring that all expenditures are within budget.
• Coordinate and schedule production shoots, including location scouting, casting, and equipment rentals.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product, ensuring that all videos are on-brand and meet our quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our videos.
• Ensure that all videos are delivered on time, meeting all necessary deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Video Producer, preferably in a media or entertainment company.
• Proven experience in developing and executing creative video concepts.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
• Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
