Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop VoIP systems based on client requirements
Implement and configure VoIP systems, including hardware and software components
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with VoIP systems
Conduct thorough testing of VoIP systems to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP systems into existing infrastructure
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in VoIP technology
Provide technical support and guidance to clients on VoIP systems
Document all system configurations and changes
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use and maintain VoIP systems
Ensure all systems are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and developing VoIP systems
Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and standards such as SIP, RTP, and H.323
Experience with VoIP hardware and software, including PBX, gateways, and softphones
Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols, including LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for VoIP systems
Experience with cloud-based VoIP systems is a plus
