Lobox is seeking a highly creative and talented Web Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand message and meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our development team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics for desktop and mobile platforms
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements and target audience
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas and gather feedback
• Utilize current design trends and best practices to create innovative and dynamic web designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with company branding guidelines
• Optimize website designs for maximum user experience and functionality
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve designs
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to constantly improve design skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of user experience, user interface, and responsive design principles
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
