Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development team and driving the development of our web and mobile applications. You will be working closely with our designers, backend developers, and project managers to create functional and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

��� Collaborate with designers and backend developers to develop functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

��� Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.

��� Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide suggestions for improvement.

��� Continuously optimize frontend code for maximum speed and scalability.

��� Keep up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

��� Troubleshoot and debug any frontend technical issues.

��� Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

��� Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

��� 5+ years of experience in frontend development.

��� Proven experience in leading a team of frontend developers.

��� Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

��� Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

��� Experience with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS.

��� Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

��� Experience with version control systems such as Git.

��� Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
