Salary: $190000 - $224000

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our company's software systems. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex software solutions, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical recommendations.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes.
• Contribute to the overall software architecture, and ensure that the system is scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure that all software solutions are fully tested and meet quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our software systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong experience with backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of web development frameworks and technologies like Spring, Django, or Express.js.
• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
