Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using the latest technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure coding best practices and standards are met
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of applications
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in web and mobile development, and implement them in our projects
Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in full-stack development
Communicate project status, challenges, and progress to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
Proficiency in back-end technologies like Java, Python, or Node.js
Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
