Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improve overall performance. You will play a crucial role in data analysis, data management, and reporting to support key decision-making processes for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of data-driven strategies and solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and measure key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems
• Design and implement data collection processes and strategies to support business objectives
• Identify and implement data quality and data governance processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain advanced statistical models and algorithms to support forecasting and predictive analytics
• Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and coach junior data analysts to support their professional development and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and apply best practices to improve processes and methodologies within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a leadership role
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools and programming languages
• Proven experience in data modeling, data visualization, and dashboard development
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management processes
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
