Job Overview: As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading our team of data scientists and driving the development of innovative and impactful data solutions for our clients. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data science projects. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior data scientists, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the data science team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop data science projects to address their challenges.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions using machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and data mining.
• Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and AI to continuously enhance our capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and timely delivery of solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial position.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, as well as experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
